Over the Easter holidays


Over Easter holidays, my plan is to complete 5 actions and complete it so I can continue what I am doing after the holidays.


  • I hope to take further primary images through holidays, which will be mainly textures for my experimentation. I will probably take them in Bury as I know places that will do a range of textures like 'Carpet right" and clothing shops. Also, I maybe take images in supermarkets to create other stuff like my practitioners. 
  • Also, I hope to finish my experimentations for design ideas to go on some of my clothing and I also want to start having mock ups of clothing to start adding to an online shop.
  • I wish to do some traditional work at home, as gill has showed me artists who create urban/ grungy like pieces of designs. I also want to create further patterns for further development for the future of my project.
  • I want to complete my research fully and go through what I have missed and maybe add some more in, if I need to.
  • Lastly, I would like to nearly complete my online shop and by the time I come back, I would like to start my advert so I'll be nearly ready for my catalog and to finish my work.

Today,  my target is to finish my research and see if I can start developing ideas for my logo design. To complete this, all I need is research material like the internet and books. If I finish my research in time, I will start developing and show what I have started to do. ... Today, I've nearly finished the work and with my spare time, I will finish the research off and by the new week, I will start thinking of primary images to take and develop ideas for my brand. Today, I will continue with my catalogue pages and see how far I get with it. To do this, I need Photoshop and my primary Imagery and to be honest, I'm going to ask for some help with my tutor because I'm getting annoyed with myself because I feel like I din't know what to do. If I achieve this, again I will finish any annotation off in any parts that I have missed. ... Today, I've started creating a page to start me off. I did have some help, but it's helped me know what I need to do for the catalogue. I will explain the plan of how we recycle and how it benefits the customers. Throughout the week, I will continue with the pages and see if I can complete it before the deadline.

Week 1

Since I have just started this blog, I have started my work from the 28th and thought I need to do this blog before I screw my project up because I wouldn't haver done it. So since the 28th of Feb, I have done my research on artist appraisals and responded to their work with how I feel. I then looked at different things that I could research that is linked to my work. Today, my target is to continue with my research in college and see how I far I get with it by the end of the day. To complete this, all I need is Wix, and research resources like the internet and books. I will also be doing traditional work after lunch with Gill to start experimenting with different textures and learn new techniques. I may ask for some help from my tutor to see what else I can research to push me forward to that distinction and would help me understand further with what I am doing.
